The final point reached by the mesh technology are biological meshes, produced at desired sizes with tissue cultures. As biological meshes are fully coherent to human tissue, it is arrogated that these are completely problem-free. These are the most expensive meshes.
 As it was introduced in the last couple of years, the long-term results are not determined. But, as it can be securely used at dirty and infectious regions, it will contribute much to human health when used at the right place. Beside this, it is not difficult to imagine that all meshes at all hernias in future will be biological meshes when the production is eased and it can be made affordable. |
